Delete your account
Enter the address your account is registered to and we will email you a link that confirms it. Nothing is deleted until you open that link.
What gets deleted
Your account and email address, your name if you gave one, your favourites, your listening history, and every device you are signed in on. This cannot be undone, and it does not cancel a subscription — do that in the App Store or Google Play first, or you will keep being charged for an account that no longer exists.
What we keep, and why
A payment record with no name, email or account identifier attached to it, for as long as tax and accounting law requires — up to seven years. It cannot be linked back to you by us or by anyone reading the database. Apple, Google and RevenueCat keep their own billing records of any purchase you made, which we have no way to delete on your behalf; ask them directly.
