Get a copy of your data
Enter the address your account is registered to and we will email you a link. Opening it downloads a JSON file with everything we hold.
What is in the file
Your account details, your favourites and your listening history with the titles they refer to, your subscription status, any waitlist signup under the same address, and the dates your sign-ins were created and expire.
What is not
Your password and your session tokens. Both are stored only as hashes, which cannot be reversed by us or by anyone, and handing back security material is not the same thing as handing back your data. Analytics events, if you consented to any, sit with PostHog against your account identifier — ask us and we will retrieve them. Payment records are held by Apple, Google and RevenueCat.
